73. Going Beyond Fear

Episode Notes /

In this episode, Chandresh speaks about how the seeds of fear are planted in childhood. Many times, they are planted when we are conceived in our mother’s wound, transferring the fear of our parents to us. Our own past life patterns may also show up. The bottom line is, all of the fear is a symptom of a deeper-rooted problem. We are taught to run away from or operate from fear, which does not solve the problem. If we unconsciously move into fear, it builds blind obedience and unconscious rebellion. Both of these elements do not solve the problem. Chandresh shares specific solutions on how to understand fear, go beyond it, and how meditation can be a part of the solution. In next week's episode, we will share a meditation to help us go beyond fear.
