Episode Transcript

Breathe in, breathe out. Keep your palms open. Keep your spine straight. Keep the shoulders relaxed. Take the next few moments to breathe in, breathe out. (silence). And as you are breathing, remind yourself, meditation is not concentration. You don't have to try hard to focus right now. Relax, breathe, smile, and be here in this present moment. (silence). And as you are breathing, be aware of your awareness. Be aware of the silence and the sounds around you. (silence). Don't feel the need to control the sounds. Simply witness all the sounds and silence as they come and go. (silence). And gently, mindfully, bring this awareness on your heart. Feel the heart beats. Feel the calmness and the clarity in your heart. (silence)

Relax, breathe, and let this awareness expand your heart. In this moment of awareness, send out gratitude and acknowledgement to the known and the unknown energies of wherever you are in the moment. Acknowledge the mystery, the unseen in all the dimensions around you, and gently, mindfully, let this conscious awareness expand. Let this conscious awareness nurture every layer of your heart. In a moment, we'll begin the conscious breathing. Keep the body relaxed. Bring your awareness on the heart and gently inhale the breath. Hold it for a moment. And exhale.

Inhale, hold, and exhale. Inhale, hold, and exhale. Inhale, hold, and exhale. One more time. Inhale, hold, and exhale. And now, at your pace, go deeper in your awareness. Go deeper in your solitude. As you're going deeper, relax the body and trust your breathing to release all that heaviness, all that energy exhausting you and holding you back. Trust your awareness to invite an infinite supply of calmness, clarity, and courage. (silence). Continue to breathe. Stay in the moment, stay connected to the heart, and stay receptive to the mantras I'm sending your way. Calmness is fully available to me in this moment. I lead to my life with clarity and courage. Calmness is fully available to me in this moment. I lead my life with clarity and courage.

Take the next few moments to be fully receptive and trust your awareness that it will not take things personally, that it will multiply this calmness, clarity, and courage for you. Take a few deep breaths and continue to meditate for another few minutes after this audio is over.
