Chandresh Bhardwaj:
In tantra traditions, sexual energy is much more than just a biological drive. It's seen as a powerful life force, or what I call Shakti, strength, or prana, the creative energy that flows through you when you awaken it, hardness it, transmute it. It nurtures a higher state of consciousness, and that state of energy can manifest anything you are focused on.
One of the important challenges with this powerful reservoir is that most people focus this energy on a subconscious, toxic, and healthy loop, and that multiplies the anxiety, the fatigue, the dull energy.
However, the intentional and creative channeling of your sexual and sensual energy can help to materialize your desires into reality. This episode is all about how to channel your sexual energy to manifest the life you want. And this is going to be an interesting episode, so stay till the end to understand specific tools, meditation practices that you can use to put this ancient teaching into your modern reality.
I'm Chandresh Bhardwaj, and this is Leela Gurukul.
Namaste everyone. This is my first recording of the Leela episode in the year 2024. So first of all, wishing you a very happy, joyful, auspicious, prosperous New Year. I truly hope this year you bloom, you thrive, you experience your authentic self-expression, and you continue to deepen it and strengthen it.
And how amazing that we are beginning our new year together with this powerful teaching, a teaching that is taboo in so many cultures, families, religions. It's a taboo almost everywhere. And wherever I have seen an open expression of sexual energy, it's either in a very specific setting, and it's never an open, it's never talked about or shared openly or easily normally.
It's a tragedy that even today in 2024, we haven't been able to normalize sex positivity. We haven't been able to normalize sensuality in spirituality. And I feel social media, although I genuinely appreciate the countless benefits of social media, but it's a medium. What we do with the medium, that's where the game changes.
And social media on the other side of the positivity has also become this very unhealthy space of the hypersexuality. Everything is sexualized. And when I see that expression, it does concern me because we come from a sexually obsessive society, and sexually suppressed society as well. The suppression has created obsession, and obsession has created the suppression. They both keep on feeding each other.
And although there is some conversation happening about using the sexual energy to manifest your reality and so on, but even that concept is so reduced to an expression that it has lost the sacredness, it has lost the magic. I have heard and spoken to people where they're indulged in impulsive masturbation, and they think it will manifest the reality they want. It won't.
And that's what I want to talk today. Your orgasms, your sexual energy, it does contribute to the manifestation, but there is a method to that sacredness. You can not be misusing a teaching, and hope that it brings your results that you want.
I think one of the challenges we have as a human being, as this human mind is that we read what we want to read, we hear what we want to hear, and it happens a lot on social media. You could be writing something totally different, and it's heard and understood in such a different way. And then you keep explaining and convincing others of your POV.
Before we go into how to use sexual energy to manifest, let's talk a bit about the blockages, the misconceptions about sexual energy itself. The reason I called this episode, I titled it Sensual Spirituality, is because I feel sensuality is where we need to begin. And I think I'll take this moment to also define sensuality the way I see it.
Sensuality, it's an experience where all of your senses are included. The sense of seeing, smelling, tasting, listening, hearing, smelling. I think I mentioned smelling and hearing twice already, but you get the point. When you are able to experience something in all senses, that cultivates your sensuality.
And I know the modern interpretation of sensuality is a glossy picture of sexuality, but it's not. Anyone can be sensual, as long as you are in touch with that mix of senses you carry within as a human. It is not restricted to any particular gender. It is available to everyone out there.
We haven't understood sensuality in our culture. We haven't made an effort to learn it and to teach others, and the same narrative continues to pass on from one generation to another one.
When I grew up, obviously, sensuality wasn't even the word I understood, but the sexual energy in itself was always seen as just a sexual sneeze. You're feeling the urge, you release it. You again rebuild the urge, again you release it and the cycle never ends. This is why the so-called tantra parties where only the sexual releases are encouraged, and that's what these parties do. Why you keep going to that party until you're depleted and exhausted, because they only enable the sexual release.
There is a way to empower the sexual freedom. Tantra absolutely encourages it. However, the way the modern tantra retreats or parties do it, that's not how tantra ever planned or thought of doing it.
Because we come from this obsessive and repressive mindset towards sexual energy, people continue to emotionally sexually abuse and manipulate each other, and we become product of that trauma. We become a product of that social conditioning and we start to shrink our expression.
If you shrink your expression of sexual energy, it will shrink other aspects of your journey. It will shrink your ability to create, to write, to sing, to dance, to make money, to do stuff where your senses are needed, where your senses are required.
Now, another challenge is anyone who holds a lot of creative sexual emotional power within them, they hold the ability to also be financially very successful, because they are able to channel that creative sexual emotional power. But when we become financially stronger, a certain freedom comes in. We don't know how to handle the freedom, and that's where you start to see the abuse, the scandals.
And this is why you'll notice so many dark and ugly scandals usually come from either the most creative geniuses that we had known at some point or the most financially influential part of society. And the third sector is also the spiritual, the religious sector, where a lot of sexual abuse also come out.
Because there is an elevation of the sexual, and creative, and financial power there. It creates a certain freedom, a certain sense. And when we stop channeling it rightly, when we don't know what else to do with it, it leads to abuse. It leads to darkness.
And this is why I feel this conversation is so important, to not run away, escape, or suppress your sexual energy, but to rather empower, nurture, and channel it in a much more powerful way. The problem happens because no one has taught us or trained us, the spiritual, the sensual way of leading into this manifestation. And if you haven't been to the right counseling, therapy, somatic experience, tantra teaching, then you might be running in the same old loop where the cycles keep on repeating.
I'll mention two important things here before we get into the specifics of manifestation. A common misconception about sexual energy is that it's purely physical or only relevant in the sexual context. But in reality, sexual energy is your dynamic life force that influences so many aspects of your being, so many aspects of your expression, so many aspects of how you show up in a room.
Another method is that sexual energy diminishes with age. And if you have sexual energy at an older age, that's either not good, it's not natural. But the tantric teaching here is as you age, your sexual energy will and can evolve and deepen, and it'll offer even more rich experiences. But to enable that, to activate that, you must start as soon as you can. There is no right age to start it.
Although I feel the younger group, teenagers, people in their early twenties or even in the late twenties, they do have advantage of digesting anything and everything, and it doesn't show up in the body, at least for so many of them. And I mean with so many things. It could be food, sexual experiences, although I do feel after a certain point the reality starts to hit really, really hard. And this is why we see so many young people going into deep trauma, anxiety, sadness, depression, and so on.
So if your mind and body is still not reacting negatively to the impulsive and mindless sexual release, it might be a good thing because the body's like, "I can still take a little bit more." So while the body and mind can still take more, why don't you pause and reset your relationship with your sexual energy? But also, the truth is, if you are listening to this episode, the chances are you have already seen how a mindless or impulsive indulgence in your sexual energy hasn't given you the creative or the spiritual fulfillment at all times. Now, let's get into, what does it mean? How does the manifestation of into or through the sexual energy could look like? How does it even work? There is something called prana, P-R-A-N-A prana. It's the life force.
Now, see what happens? There is no such thing in us that is sexual energy. What we do have is the prana, the life energy. For so many years, or even births and lifetimes, your mind and body are used to of only one channel of the prana, and that is the gravitational flow. It goes downward. And the more your prana hits downward, the more that energy keeps going downward, it only activates the sexual urge. And when that urge arises, again, your mind and body for years, and centuries, and lifetimes, it's used to only one way to release the urge, either through self-pleasure or through a physical act of sex. And in other cases, it leads to abuse.
And that's where the problem is. We don't know what else exists. But if you are able to sit with this energy, raise it mindfully, spiritually to the higher chakras, then you are actually training your mind and body with a new expression, with a new redirection of the same energy. And your mind and body are so generous and willing to learn. They will adapt. They will start to learn. And that's where you change the game.
To begin this, before you even start to meditate, it would be so important to sit with a mentor, teacher, therapist, and talk about the restrictive beliefs that you have always held about sexuality, and embrace a more tantric understanding of sexuality. In Tantra Mastermind, the weekly coaching program and the Tantra Tribe, the membership community, this is my top intention and priority to help others to empower and encourage others to release their restrictive beliefs about sexual energy. Because if you don't do that, all the work is waste. You can meditate. And if you only meditate, guess what? It will amplify the sexual energy. And if you haven't addressed your beliefs about sexuality, then you're not using the beautiful power you are generating through the meditation.
So sit with someone, join a community, work with an expert to release the beliefs, the narratives. You, your family, your culture, your religion. They've always held about sexual energy.
And this is why I'm bringing the softer word, sensuality. Start being more sensual. Start understanding what sensuality means for you, start to experience life and things much more deeply, profoundly.
There's one thing I suggest to my students all the time. When you start to shop for clothes, buy colors, fabric, clothes that make you feel alive, and playful, and sensual. We often stick to colors or a way of dressing that we have always felt familiar with, and it would be amazing and wonderful to have clothes that you may want to wear in public or not. That's your personal choice. But to have clothes that you wear consistently, that just make you feel beautiful, alive, playful. And again, it's for all the genders, all the humans out there.
At the same time, sitting with compassion and curiosity during this process is so important. Patriarchy has damaged, crippled us to experience our full, total authentic, self-expression. It has damaged women to bloom in their sensual and playful self, and it has of course damaged men to embrace their full emotions. And sadly, this is why you come across men who only know anger or aggression, but they do melt. They do soften. I promise you men do. And I know most women listen to the podcast. So I'm telling you, most men will melt and soften, but they need the environment. Patriarchy damages much more than what we can even imagine.
So it's important you are patient, you proceed with compassion and curiosity. Compassion for what? Compassion for the triggers, the pain that starts to arise as you even open your heart to this sacred work.
There is a movie that I want to mention. I think I've mentioned that in the mastermind, but not in the podcast. It's called Bandit Queen. It's directed by Shekhar Kapur. It's an Indian movie, but it got global level of critical acclaim all over the world. It was banned in India in the beginning, but then they released it.
I couldn't see this because I was I think in third or fourth grade, but I saw the posters in my city, and it was gone within one week because my small town didn't want to show this movie. The movie was released with a lot of cuts. I happened to meet Shekhar in LA and we spoke about Bandit Queen.
So Bandit Queen, by the way, it's a story of a woman in a remote, true story of a woman who was from this so-called lower caste, and she was gang raped by men, and her trust toward men, toward masculinity was obviously fully depleted and damaged forever. She becomes a bandit in the mountains.
And when she falls in love with that one man, he was part of her gang. And when that moment of intimacy came, she wouldn't let him touch her. How can she do that, right? She was scared, afraid to trust, although he was such a soft and gentle guy. But she wouldn't trust him. But instead she said, "I will proceed. I will do. I'll do it my way. I'll do what I want to do." And that moment is so beautiful in the movie, because she takes the control, she takes the charge.
And the reason I'm sharing this, you have to lead and understand your trauma with sexual energy in your own unique way. It may or may not be mentioned in a book, but this is why speaking to someone or going through it in your own sensitive, gentle, slow way will help you heal that part. And we all have our traumas and conditioning with the sexual energy.
So when the trigger and trauma shows up, gently with a lot of love and compassion, ask yourself what's wrong? What's the uneasiness? Ask yourself exactly how you would ask as if you were six-year-old. Don't yell, don't judge. This is a journey of replacing self-allegation with self-expression.
Read a lot of literature, books, poetry that feels sensual, that empowers sensuality. I've been told my poetry is sensual. So if it's sensual to you, read it. Whatever feels empowering and playful, go with it. Workshops, books, speaking to the experts, teachers, all of this is immensely helpful. Because you cannot be manifesting something through the energy that is still triggering you and traumatizing you. I hope that makes sense.
In the tantra traditions, I'll bring Shiva and Shakti here. Shiva is the prime teacher, deity. And Shakti is goddess, Kali, Parvati. So many different names. And one thing that striked me as a young boy when I read about Shiva, that Shiva never wore clothes. I mean, you will notice many scriptures mentioning he wore clothes and maybe he did. But in the tantric context, he rarely wore much clothes, and yet his sexual energy was always seen so pure, so powerful.
There is something in tantra that we honor. It's called Shiva lingam. Shiva lingam is the union of the male energy with the female energy. In my group calls, I show this Shiva lingam, and how the male phallus symbol with the vagina, it's there in tantra. People have been worshiping it, and yet so many people I know from the Hindu culture of people who are worshiping Shiva lingam, they refuse to accept it could be a symbol of the male with the female.
And I'm telling you that symbol in itself represents the most powerful manifestation of what the sexual energy can create. I spoke about Goddess Kamakhya, where we honor the yoni energy. What could be more powerful than using the yoni energy, channeling, tapping, honoring the yoni energy to manifest reality?
And although Shiva lingam is known as that ultimate peak experience of your sadhana, the Kamakhya, the yoni energy experience is particularly powerful for the manifestation part where you manifest, where you grow and channel your desires into reality.
What we do in tantra, we bring the symbols, the teachings, and embody them into a way of life. Not through some idol worship, but a way of life. There are many stories of Shiva where he's walking naked, and yet there is no vulgarity. There is only divinity, poetry, playfulness, and dance.
And one of the symbols, one of the personality traits of Shiva is his immense discipline with his sexual energy. And one of the most powerful trait of the Goddess, the Shakti, is her playfulness, her sensuality.
And yet, it is all done with so much sacredness and playfulness. And when they are together in an intimate space, very rarely it will lead to something lustful, sexual. Many times it leads to a tantric teaching. In fact, the teaching that I have often spoken about, Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, the science of going beyond mind. That whole scripture is a wonderful documentation of when the Shakti sits on lap of Shiva. In an intimate loving moment, they have conversation. And that's how that whole scripture was born. And there are so many different stories and aspects where sexual energy didn't lead to a sexual release and it turned into something way more powerful.
I do feel our sexual energy is such a profound and underutilized resource in the realm of our personal growth and manifestation. When you start using it, understanding it with a positive sacred intention, it will be a powerful bridge for your change and fulfillment. Now, let's begin. How do we enter the manifestation zone with the sexual energy?
Number one, be very clear. What do you wish to manifest? And do not keep on changing that. Do not keep on bringing new ideas. And when I say new ideas, I mean today, you want to be an actor. Tomorrow, you want to be a writer, and then a week later you want to be a doctor. Be very clear. What do you want and why do you want it? If you are clear with your vision, if you're clear with where you wish to go, then that energy really, really starts to grow.
A big disclaimer, make sure by the time you start to do this, you have been working on your shame, guilt, trauma with sexual energy. It takes forever to heal that, right? Some people say there is nothing that is called fully healed. And I do feel healing is a process, and you don't need to wait that I'm fully healed now, and now I'll manifest. But I do recommend, you must start to work on that shame and guilt.
You could be working on it, and at the same time, you could be using it for the manifestation part, and that's totally okay. But if you do not address the shame and guilt on a consistent basis, if you don't release those patterns, then of course it's going to get very complicated, and I do not recommend you go that way.
So first thing here is defining what is it you wish to let go, and what is it you wish to manifest? If you're not clear about what is it you wish to really manifest, then define the feeling you will be having if that is manifested. So let's say you don't know what you want to become. You don't know what kind of partner you want, but you do have an idea. How would you feel if you actually have the right partner? How would you feel if you are living in that financial freedom?
So even bring that energy of feeling, even bring those elements in you that will be really helpful. And the more specific and clear you become in the process, that's much, much better and great.
Secondly, stop giving your sexual energy to others casually. What does it mean? It means when you indulge with someone sexually, you are not just indulging with their body, you're indulging with their karmic contracts, emotional frequencies. And this is why the attachments, the trauma, the pain definitely multiplies when you are with the person who's not willing to evolve, who's not willing to grow.
Does it mean that you should not be with anyone until you feel they're the perfect being? No, you can. But understand your body, understand what it wants. You do not need to please the other person. You don't need to perform. You could be very open and clear about your desires. You could be very open about how you wish to lead this.
Forget about the pleasing part and the performance part, and focus on what does the body need? What does my emotional intimacy want right now? And it could be simply a slow dance. It could be simply breathing together. It could be simply staying up till 3:00 A.M. and reciting each other poetry. Who knows where it will lead? But if sexual release is the only outlet, and if it happens with the wrong person, the imprints on your psychic body, it stays there for so long.
And guess what? The moment you share more than one way of sharing that sexual energy, the wrong person will not stay in it, because they're not getting that impulsive, quick release with you, so they'll be out. And that creates the space for someone much more mature, aware, and receptive.
It's all about your vibe attracting the right tribe. When you start to do this work, it wouldn't be a challenging task to invite and attract people who are willing to be on this sensual intimacy with you, because giving this energy to others casually or simply to fulfill your loneliness or your vacuum, it doesn't always lead to good. And if you are really serious about manifestation, just be more mindful who's getting access to your body and emotions.
To use your sexual energy to manifest your reality, you've got to have multiple outlets of your sexual energy, because manifestation happens when you reach that egoless-ness with your orgasm or egoless-ness with the sexual energy itself.
So when you have understood my sexual energy is my prime, potent creative energy, and I do have seven to 10 multiple outlets for it, then you are actually starting to fuel the manifestation.
I'll give you some examples. Your physical workout, your walks, your yoga, writing, singing, dancing, gardening, meditation, of course, breathing mindfully, cooking, all of these could be purefully sensual experiences or sensual outlets of that higher energy. When you start to channel it in multiple directions, you are retraining your mind and body that I have much more creative playground with this, I have much more to work on this one. Because now I'm getting to the point where in meditation, you will start to channel it, and also in that moment of orgasm.
So first let's talk about the meditation part. We spoke about how for years and lifetimes, your energy only knows one passage, and that's to go downward. But when it starts to move upward, that's when the third eye starts to get your energy. And here's how it would play out in the meditation part.
Let's say you are having this sexual urge. But instead of giving it a release, you choose to meditate. Or let's say it's a routine daily meditation that you're doing. In either case, do not struggle with that sexual energy, but feel a certain light in the lower chakras. Feel a certain awareness, a sensation, energy in the lower chakras, and just sit with it, be aware of it.
If any sexual images come, let them come. Let them show up. Do not bring them by force. Do not move away from them either. Just sit with them. If there's a person that you are sexually attracted to and you feel this is becoming very impulsive and addictive, you could visualize them. But you're not doing anything, you're simply sitting in that meditation space.
Because that sexual passage cannot operate without your cooperation, so your action will empower it. But if you do not take any action, if you simply sit, you are now training it in some other way.
Because that moment of outlet is a very momentary moment. I don't know if that's the word, momentary moment, but it happens in that moment. If you do not cooperate at that moment, it will stop. If at that moment your cooperation is not given, it will not go anywhere. So it would be so fascinating and interesting to sit with that sexual thought or energy and just watch it like a cloud passing by.
There's a temple in India called Khajuraho temple. In my book Break the Norms, I have written a full chapter on sex, and I've mentioned this chapter in the book. That temple is filled with erotic images on the outside. Inside, it's all empty. And the signs of that whole temple is that sex is on the outside. Do not run away from it. Watch the images, adore the images, and then go deep inside, and it's all empty inside. You are simply giving your mind the whole sexual imagery, but you're not acting on it.
One of the ways I was able to transcend my sexual energy, and I mean it's still a process, so don't assume I have reached at the peak of Himalayas and I'm the master of it. It's still a process.
But you know how every man out there is so conditioned to only look at women as that lustful sexual object? That's an unfortunate conditioning that a man has. And the way I was able to change it is simply through adoring the beauty. And you can adore the beauty. You can adore a red rose, you can adore a poetry, a flower. You can adore a beautiful human. But you do not have to make them object of your sexual release. And it's a training. The more you show up for it, the normal it becomes.
So if I'm able to define the feminine energy, work with it, talk about goddesses, talk about the feminine sexual energy much more freely and unapologetically, it's because it's normal for my mind and my body now to adore the feminine beauty without sexualizing it. And trust me, that is 100 times more fulfilling, and healing, and liberating than indulging in a moment of pleasure.
So this meditation part, you could do it by lighting a candle, having red roses. Make the room sensual, creative, alive. You could even put music in the background. So what you're doing here is you are focusing on the lower centers, breathing in, holding the breath, and exhaling. You're doing that for first two, three minutes, and then you are feeling that light from the lower chakras moving upward to your third eye, or the heart center, wherever you can take it. Start with the heart center actually, and then it would be much more powerful.
If you indulge in self-pleasure or sex, try to increase the gap. So if you're indulging every day, try to do it once in three days. If you're indulging in after four days, add one more day. And the reason why I'm even recommending, not because sex is bad, self-pleasure is bad. It's to only shift the relationship between you and that sexual release. If you change nothing, nothing will change, right?
So when you start to make these subtle changes, your mind and body will know something is happening, something different is there. And as the awareness rises upward, that's when you can start to visualize or even put in words the intention, the manifestation you wish to move into. The way I teach in mastermind or the Tantra Tribe is either listening to music and feeling it in that music or in that visual, how you would feel if you were living your 2.0 version or simply stating it through words.
I feel stating in words is one beautiful and simple way. But when people start to visualize, when people start to really go with the flow, that this is how I would feel if I was living this reality. And because sexual energy has created that intensity, that passion in you, your third eye will get that passion. Your third eye will get that emotion. And that's when you could simply rinse and repeat that whole intention again and again.
Do it for minimum of seven to 21 days. And notice the change in your reality. Notice the change in how others are responding to you. It's very much possible. Others may start to find you more attractive, and that's only because you are raising your prana. You are raising that life energy. It makes anyone attractive. It could make anyone glow with that excitement. And it's attractive to other humans because they want to be that too.
And this increase in sexual power, this increase in the frequency will raise and open so many new passages in you. Your intuition may start to rise. Your crown chakra, third eye energy may start to open up in a much more powerful way. And what you do with it, how it flows with you is your life's dharma. It's your journey.
Now, it's normal for the mind and body to always try to release it sexually because it's so used to it. It's easy. Who cares for manifestation, right? I mean, it's easy to just release it and have the pleasure, and it's not wrong. You must and you should indulge in it every now and then when you want to. But there is 100 times more beautiful, and delicious, and much more orgasmic way of experiencing this. And that is through raising the energy upward.
And not to make it over ambitious, but just so you know, when you raise the energy from the downward to the upward, it crosses the heart chakra, which is the chakra of your creative expression. And then the throat chakra, which is the transition to the higher chakras. The self-expression, the courage, the clarity becomes even more crisp. And then third eye, that is the manifestation part. That's where energy starts to really, really flow and glow so well.
And beyond that, it's just the higher and the higher energy. That's the energy of Krishna, Shiva, Christ, Buddha, and all that other cosmic space. And you could absolutely move there also if you continue to rise upward. But I genuinely feel let's first rise on that human level from the lower chakras to the heart, to the throat, to the third eye.
Now, the other part is how do you channel it during the orgasm? What I shared with you was the other side where you do not have orgasm, and you simply work with your sexual energy. You raise it upward and keep on building it. Keep on raising that. This work requires guidance, discipline, consistency, but it's way more potent, way more powerful, way more impactful to your manifestation process.
So I do recommend, try this. Definitely, please try this. It will not disappoint you. It doesn't require more work. And if you need more support, you could reach out to me, DM me on CBmeditates. Or if you are willing to join the program email for the mastermind. It's not open publicly. We do the interviews. So email info@leelagurukul.com for mastermind or simply if you want the membership community on Leela Gurukul, join the Tantra Tribe, or any other community or spaces where you feel empowered and seen. But the method I shared with you is definitely where my heart goes.
The other side is how to channel it in the orgasm. If it's only you, and it's self-leisure moment, during the orgasmic moment, you will experience the egoless-ness, right? You will experience you are nobody. You will experience there is no name, religion, gender in this moment, and you're just floating. In that very moment, visualize your intention, visualize that vision. Visualize that image that you will be embodying if you were living your 2.0 version.
And this is why I said become so crisp, clear with where you wish to take this journey. If you are not clear about the manifestation part, then that orgasm is just, it's going to be a physical orgasm. It could elevate the frequency, if you are clear about what you want.
And I do recommend, make it about you. Some people make it about others. For example, they'll visualize someone they wish to date, someone they wish to marry, someone they wish to attract. You are directing your energy onto someone, and you almost wish to control and dictate how they should choose you.
It may work, but it's not worth it, because it would be much more impactful if you focus on something internal. If you focus on elevating your self-expression, if you focus on unleashing your wild feminine within, if you focus on unleashing the sacred masculine within.
The other side is with the partner. So with partner, it could happen in three ways. Not threesome, but three ways. The first way is before you even indulge in the act of sex, breathe together, eye gaze, sit across each other and breathe, meditate, relax. Make sure the room feels like a temple. There are candles, music, flowers, fresh bed sheet, nice fragrance. Make it as if you're walking into a temple. That's pre-intimacy.
During the intimacy, do not jump into the penetration. Do not jump into the intercourse right away. Play, relax, and see where it's taking you. Because the more you can shed the body, the more you can let go of the body, the more you may be possessed by a higher power, the more you may be possessed by that inner wildness. And in that process, when the orgasm happens, or in that process, the frequency that increases, it will absolutely fuel that manifesting vision.
I'll stop here. I hope whatever I've shared so far, you will be able to practically apply. If there are follow-up questions, curiosities, doubts, thoughts, either DM me on Instagram @CBmeditates or email on info@leelagurukul.com. And keep in mind the process is releasing the shame, the guilt, and getting to know your sensuality. And through your sensuality, you lead into the manifestation. I hope this was a fun episode for you. It was a lot of fun for me to share about this. Be safe, be well, and I'll speak to you soon.
