In Tantra, we honor the divine feminine in many of her forms. Each form represents a part of us that we need to heal, expand, and evolve. In this meditation, Chandresh guides the students to tap into the rooted feminine that lives within all of us. The rooted feminine represents the one who is willing to understand the roots, heal the roots, and go beyond the trauma, anger, and resentments that all hold back the nurturing of the roots. We invite the students to do this meditation during the upcoming Navratri time, as it will be a powerful meditation to invoke the rooted feminine energy. If doing this meditation in nature, simply be connected to nature as you do this practice. If doing this meditation inside, we recommend also lighting a candle and keeping roses at the meditation altar. We hope this meditation is helpful to everyone as they connect with the powerful healing energy of the rooted feminine within.

Breathe in, breathe out, relax the body.

This meditation is to nurture, cultivate, and honor the rooted feminine, the rooted Devi consciousness that resides in all of us.

You may practice this meditation out in the nature. And if you choose to practice at home or in a room, you may keep a candle, a piece of fruit, maybe flowers, or even leaves or anything from the nature. Just to invite in the rooted energy of the Devi consciousness. Or you can simply surrender, rest, and be receptive to this experience.

Don't overthink. Relax the body, and at your pace, breathe.

As you are breathing, let the body be light, relaxed, receptive. And gently, mindfully let the awareness expand in the lower three chakras, the Muladhara, or the root chakra, the Svadhishthana, or the sacral chakra, and the Manipura, or the solar plexus.

You may feel a gentle soft green light, or simply a presence in these lower three chakras. If it helps, you may place your fingers, your hands around the lower three checkers.

Stay easy, stay relaxed. In a moment, we'll begin the conscious breathing.

Keeping your awareness around the lower three chakras, gently inhale the breath, hold it for a moment. And as you're holding, just witness the body, and exhale.

Inhale, hold, and witness. And now exhale. Inhale, hold, and exhale. One more time. Inhale, hold, exhale.

Take the next few moments to breathe effortlessly. Don't feel the need to put any force, any pressure. Just be fully present in this moment. Be present with your breathing, be present with your body, and slowly and gently be curious, be receptive to the rooted feminine, the Devi consciousness that's present in the root center of our planet. The Devi energy that's breathing through the trees, the breeze, the flowers, the rain, the sky. This creation around us is the true creator.

The more receptive you become to this rooted energy around you, the more possibilities you create to heal the roots within you.

Breathe, relax. This rooted feminine is intuitive. She's aware. She's present. She's playful. She's raw, untamed, wild, and always connected to her heart center.

Take the next few moments to breathe at your pace and stay receptive to the Devi mantra as it begins. ya devi sarva bhuteshu shakti rupena samstihita namastasye namastasye namastasye namo namaha. This great mantra means, "I honor the divine feminine who's alive, who's constantly nurturing herself in the form of infinite possibilities, limitless consciousness, in various forms, in various ways." This ancient mantra opens our heart to the infinite possibilities of the rooted feminine.

You may invite a gentle, soft light, a gentle soft green aura expanding around you, holding you, keeping you warm and helping you to go deeper.

"I bow down to the sacred feminine who's present, who's alive, who's constantly showing up in the form of infinite consciousness every day, in every way possible."

Breathe, witness, and let this rooted feminine evolve through you, bloom through you. This form of the feminine is omnipresent. She's here, there, and everywhere. She's ancient and new at the same time. She's breathing through you, showing up through you all time. Stay easy, stay relaxed, and trust all that's unfolding in this meditation for you.

ya devi sarva bhuteshu shakti rupena samstihita namastasye namastasye namastasye namo namaha

"I invite the divine and the wild feminine who resides and abides in all living beings, in all her infinite forms, in her infinite consciousness, every day in every way."

And now you may place your hands gently around your Naval center, offering it the safety, the warmth, the awareness that it longs for. And one more time we'll invite the wild, the rooted feminine. ya devi sarva bhuteshu shakti rupena samstihita namastasye namastasye namastasye namo namaha.

And now take the next few moments to be with yourself, to be in union with your rooted feminine. Trust the experience, the process that it unfolds. Trust the guidance, the love that shows up with it. And stay in this space for a few more moments after the audio is over.
